The Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) provides prevention, intervention, treatment services and supports for children, youth, and adults with mental health and/or substance use disorders including emergency psychiatric care, detoxification, and
community-based outpatient and residential services. DBH serves more than 22,000 adults, children and youth, and their families each year through a network of community based providers and unique government delivered services. 
 

P&G Behavioral Health Services (PGBHS) is proud to announce that we gained certification as a Mental Health and Rehabilitation Services (MHRS) CORE Service Agency for the DBH in December 2018.
 

As a Core Service Agency, PGBHS is certified to provide the following Mental Health and Rehabilitation Services:
 

• Diagnostic/Assessment

• Medication/Somatic Treatment

• Counseling

• Community Support
   

As a community-based provider of mental health services and mental health supports that is certified by DBH we will act as a clinical home for Consumers of mental health services by providing a single point of access and accountability for diagnostic assessment, medication-somatic treatment, counseling and psychotherapy, community support services, and access to other needed services.
