Denise McNeill
Administrative Director


Denise is President and CEO of the consulting firm Meeting Champions, Inc. She is currently an independent contractor providing operations management support for P&G Counseling and Educational Institute where building  customer loyalty through outreach, interaction, and continuous  improvement of services is her mission.  Denise is a proud veteran of the  United States Army where as a Personnel Management Specialist at Colonel Blanchfield Army Community Hospital she arranged the Monthly Enlisted Promotion Board. Mr. Gamble is the proud President and CEO of P&G Counseling and Educational Institute where he and his dynamic staff provide individual and family counseling, individual assessments and therapeutic treatment to adolescent individuals, couples and families. Mr. Gamble has provided direct intervention via management for under-achieving and disruptive behavioral students and indirect services to the parents, teachers, counselors, principals and other designated persons in the District of Columbia public schools.  He also provides cognitive behavioral therapy and goal oriented treatment for domestic violence, problem solving, anger coping and management, substance abuse, social and educational adjustment intervention for Superior Court of the District of Columbia, Washington, D.C. as well as Critical Incident Stress Debriefing’s.
